Not sure where you are but here in the UK that is pretty easy to set up and we find that the oaps really enjoy the ability to do their own thing, I love pushing a lady round the supermarkets and getting paid for it. It will do well and you will be so appreciated.

If your community has a magazine for senior services, thats a good place to place an ad. Also, look into joining any eldercare provider networking organizations. Most major community have some. Networking through churches and healthcare businesses helps too. This a a business where personal referral means a whole lot because trust is important when dealing with the elderly (and so don’t ever abuse it because reputation matters!).

Finally, Entrepreneur Magazine has a great StepbyStep start up guide that covers Senior Consierge Services. Its called 6 Senior Care Services. Start Up Guide 1825. Just google Enterpreneur Magazine and youll see it. ITs about $65.00.

Finally a great place to get FREE counseling (and no its not a SCAM its a SBA-affiliated nonprofit org.) is to talk to a local SCORE counselor. They usually have some great advice too.

    Good Luck!
